DA LAT - MONGO LAND - SAMTEN HILLS

DAY 01: HO CHI MINH CITY – BAO LOC – DA LAT – TUYEN LAM LAKE – TRUC LAM ZEN MONASTERY (Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: The Hay Tour bus and tour guide will pick you up at the following locations. Depending on your address, please move to the most convenient pick-up point for your family. (Pick-up times are approximate and may change depending on the number of stops and actual traffic conditions):
6:10 AM – Big C Truong Chinh
6:20 AM – Tan Binh Stadium
6:40 AM – Labor Culture Palace
6:50 AM – Youth Cultural House
7:00 AM – Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics & Finance (UEF), 276-282 Dien Bien Phu Street, Binh Thanh District
Note: If you would like to be picked up at alternative locations, please inform the company in advance for arrangements.
The bus departs for Da Lat. Guests can join fun onboard activities. On the way, the bus will stop at a rest station in Dong Nai for resting or breakfast (at your own expense).
Noon: Arrive in Bao Loc for lunch at a local restaurant with the following menu: Stir-fried angled gourd with shiitake mushrooms; Deep-fried red tilapia with mango fish sauce; Braised chicken with lemongrass & chili; Steamed egg with minced pork; Sour basa fish hotpot; Three-color salad; Steamed rice – iced tea; Dessert
After lunch, continue to Da Lat City. Upon arrival, check in to your selected hotel and rest.

Afternoon: Visit:
Tuyen Lam Lake – One of the three largest and most beautiful lakes in Da Lat, covering 320 hectares. Surrounded by lush pine hills, the lake’s tranquil emerald waters create a poetic landscape.
Truc Lam Zen Monastery – Located above Tuyen Lam Lake, on Phoenix Mountain, offering panoramic views of pine forests and the lake. Famous for its traditional Buddhist architecture, intricate carvings, and colorful flower gardens. Visitors may walk around, admire the scenery, and offer incense for peace and blessings.
Evening: Dinner at a local restaurant with Hotpot Buffet featuring unlimited fresh vegetables from Da Lat’s fertile lands, served with a variety of meats and mushrooms: Wild boar, Australian beef, pork belly, chicken breast, quail eggs, beef balls, tofu; Shiitake mushrooms, abalone mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms; Fresh local greens
After dinner, free time to explore Da Lat Night Market – shop for warm clothes, wool products, or taste Da Lat’s night specialties such as grilled rice paper (“Vietnamese pizza”), hot soymilk with pastries, chicken porridge, etc. Overnight in Da Lat.
DAY 02: MONGO LAND – DA LAT CITY TOUR (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy the fresh, chilly morning air of Da Lat. Then depart for:
Mongo Land (Little Mongolia in Da Lat): A unique attraction resembling the vast Mongolian steppe with colorful yurts, windmills, and free-grazing herds of sheep and goats. Perfect for photo opportunities and nature immersion.
- Experience the longest dry tube slide in Da Lat – inspired by a rainbow ribbon across the meadow.
- Try grass sledding with small carts, an exciting free-glide experience.
- Visit the European-style farm & mini zoo – interact with sheep, goats, rabbits, deer, camels, and colorful parrots.
Ticket includes: Grass sledding + Dry tube slide + Animal feeding + 1 drink.
Noon: Lunch at a local restaurant with menu: Sour mixed salad; Braised snakehead fish in clay pot; Fried egg with minced pork; Stir-fried morning glory with garlic; Fried tofu with tomato sauce; Crab soup with Malabar spinach; Pickled eggplants with shrimp paste; Claypot rice – iced tea; Dessert
Return to the hotel for rest.
Afternoon Visit:
Domaine de Marie Church (French-style pink church)
Xuan Huong Lake – the heart of Da Lat
Lam Vien Square – famous for its giant glass artichoke bud & wild sunflower sculpture
Evening: Dinner with specialty hotpot – choice of Chicken with Basil Hotpot or Ba Toa Beef Hotpot (a Da Lat signature dish).
Free time to stroll around Da Lat Night Market or cycle around Xuan Huong Lake, or simply enjoy hot soymilk in the cool evening air. Overnight in Da Lat.
DAY 03: SAMTEN HILL SPIRITUAL COMPLEX – HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, Lunch)
Morning: Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Check out. Depart for Samten Hill Buddhist Cultural Space in Don Duong District, Lam Dong - A sacred, peaceful site ideal for meditation, reflection, and finding balance in life.
Highlight: The Drigung Kagyu Rinchen Khorchen Khorwe Go Gek Stupa, made of solid bronze plated with 24K gold. Weight: 200 tons – Height: 37.22m – Diameter: 16.53m Officially recognized by Guinness World Records as the largest prayer wheel stupa in the world. Symbolizes peace, prosperity, and blessings for humanity. (Entrance included in tour.)
Noon: Lunch at a local restaurant with menu: Watercress salad with vinaigrette; Grilled beef marinated with indian sprickly ash spice; Boiled vegetables with caramel dip sauce; Tofu with seafood sauce; Thai hotpot; Fried eggs; Steamed rice – iced tea; Dessert
After lunch, return to Ho Chi Minh City. Stop at a rest station to buy local specialties as souvenirs. End of tour.
Depending on actual conditions, the order of visits may be adjusted to ensure all listed attractions are included.

- Transportation: 7–45 seat coach (depending on group size), serving the group throughout the program.
- Accommodation:
1 night at La Chérie / Cherry Dalat Hotel 3* (or similar, non-rated) – modern, fully equipped, centrally located near the Night Market.
1 night at Swiss-Belresort Tuyen Lam 4*.
Standard: 2 guests/room. Odd numbers (male/female) will share triple rooms. Single supplement applies for guests requesting a private room.

CHILD POLICY (Based on Year of Birth):
- Children from 10 years old and above: 100% tour price – same services as adults.
- Children from 5 to under 10 years old: 75% tour price – includes seat on bus, meals, entrance tickets; no separate bed (sleep with parents). Two children at this rate will still share the same bed with parents (no extra bed).
- Children under 5 years old: Free of charge – meals, tickets, and services will be taken care of by parents; no separate seat on bus. Each pair of adults may accompany only one child free of charge; the second child will be charged as the 5–under-10-year-old category.
Note: Free or discounted children's tickets only cover child entrance fees. At some attractions with height-based pricing, if your child exceeds the standard height limit, parents will need to pay the difference to meet adult pricing
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- After registration, any cancellation will incur a 50% charge of the total tour price.
- Cancellations made 5–10 working days prior to departure will incur an 80% charge.
- Cancellations made within 5 days or no-show will be charged 100% of the tour price.
- Late arrival on departure day is considered as no-show and subject to 100% cancellation fee.
The time-frames above are calculated based on working days only, excluding weekends and public holidays. If
the tour or service is canceled due to force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, flight delays or cancellations, etc.), the company will refund the unused portion of the tour/service. We shall not be held responsible for any additional compensation beyond what is refunded.
PAYMENT TERMS:
- 1st Payment: 50% of the tour price must be paid within 2–3 working days after reservation.
- 2nd Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 5–7 days before the departure date.
NOTES ON ACCOMMODATION:
- Standard hotel check-in time: after 3:00 PM; check-out time: before 12:00 PM.
- Room arrangements at hotels/resorts are subject to availability and may not be adjacent, on the same floor, or match the guest’s bed type preferences (e.g. twin or double). However, we will do our best to accommodate special requests.
HEALTH CONDITIONS & TRAVEL DISCLAIMER:
- Guests with preexisting medical conditions (e.g. heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, vertigo) are advised to bring their own prescribed medications.
- Travelers aged 80 years and above are not covered by travel insurance. Participation is subject to company review based on health condition and must be accompanied by a family member.
- By booking the tour, the customer confirms that they and their travel companions are physically and mentally fit to join the program, and do not suffer from infectious diseases, mental illness, or any condition that could impact other guests.
- The guest agrees to waive all claims, legal liabilities, and compensations against the company and its staff regarding health issues arising during the tour.
- Any health-related expenses beyond travel insurance coverage (e.g. hospital fees, extended accommodation, special transport) are the guest’s responsibility.
OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Pack light for convenience during travel.
- Vegetarian meals can be arranged in advance. However, guests are encouraged to bring personal vegetarian snacks to suit their taste.
- This is a package tour. No refunds will be given for any unused services.
- We recommend leaving valuable jewelry at home to avoid loss or damage during the trip.
- The itinerary and order of sightseeing may change depending on actual conditions such as weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of insufficient group size (as specified in the tour details), the company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the tour with notice at least 5 days before departure, offering either a new date or a full refund.
MEDIA CONSENT:
Photos taken during the tour may be used for the company’s promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your images used, please inform our staff in advance.
RECEIPTS & INVOICES:
If you require a VAT invoice, please notify us no later than 10 days after the tour ends.
