DAY 01: HO CHI MINH CITY – DUC TRONG – PONGOUR WATERFALL (Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: Hay Tour’s coach and tour guide pick up guests at designated meeting points in Ho Chi Minh City (times subject to traffic and pick-up locations):
06:10 – Big C Truong Chinh
06:20 – Tan Binh Stadium
06:40 – Labor Culture Palace
06:50 – Youth Cultural House
07:00 – Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics & Finance (UEF), 276 Dien Bien Phu St., Binh Thanh Dist.
Noon: Arrive in Bao Loc, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Continue to Pongour Waterfall – once named “The First Waterfall of the South” by King Bao Dai. Also known as the Seven-Tiered Waterfall, it cascades down magnificent terraced rock formations from the Da Nhim River. Guests can choose between a long, gentle path or a shorter but steeper stairway for a more adventurous approach to the base of the falls.
Check in at hotel/homestay in Duc Trong.
Afternoon: Visit Linh An Pagoda, famous for its 17-meter-high statue of Avalokitesvara (Goddess of Mercy) and traditional Buddhist architecture harmoniously set amid tranquil landscapes.
Evening: Enjoy a local specialty dinner at a mountain-style restaurant. Overnight in Duc Trong.
DAY 02: DUC TRONG – DA LAT – TUYEN LAM LAKE – TRUC LAM MONASTERY – MERPERLE DALAT HOTEL 5-STAR (Breakfast, Lunch)
Morning: Breakfast and check out. Transfer to:
Tuyen Lam Lake – one of Da Lat’s three most beautiful lakes, spanning 320 hectares of emerald waters surrounded by pine-covered hills..jpg)
Truc Lam Zen Monastery– perched on Phoenix Mountain overlooking Tuyen Lam Lake, featuring intricate carvings, colorful gardens, and a peaceful spiritual atmosphere.
Lunch: Experience a hotpot buffet with unlimited fresh vegetables, a Da Lat specialty:
Seasonal fresh greens and mushrooms
Meats and sides: wild pork, Australian beef, chicken, tofu, quail eggs, meatballs, assorted mushrooms
Afternoon: Check in at Merperle Dalat Hotel 5-star, the largest hotel in Da Lat with 389 rooms and top-class facilities including the city’s first heated rooftop swimming pool.
Then visit:
Strawberry Garden – tour the farm, learn about cultivation, and hand-pick ripe strawberries.
Domaine de Marie Church – a French-colonial landmark built in 1940, also called Mai Anh Church for its cherry blossoms. Surrounded by pine trees and flower gardens, it is one of Da Lat’s oldest churches.
Lam Vien Square – the city’s modern icon, featuring two giant glass sculptures: the 15m-high Artichoke Bud and the 18m-high Wild Sunflower Dome.

Evening: Free time to explore Da Lat Night Market and taste local delicacies. Overnight at Merperle Dalat Hotel 5-star.
DAY 03: DA LAT – HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, Lunch)
Morning: Breakfast at hotel, free leisure time before check-out.
Depart Da Lat, stop at Di Linh for lunch and at a local rest stop for souvenir shopping.
Return to Ho Chi Minh City. End of the tour.
Depending on actual conditions, the order of visits may be adjusted to ensure all listed attractions are included.
TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:
- Transportation: 16–29–45-seat coach (depending on group size), providing transfers and service throughout the program.
- Accommodation
1 night at a local hotel/homestay with clean facilities and full amenities.
1 night at a 5-star standard hotel: Merperle Dalat Hotel.
Standard: 2 guests/room (3 guests/room for odd-numbered male/female groups).
A single supplement fee will apply for guests requesting 1 room for 1 person.
- Meals
02 breakfasts: 01 simple/local breakfast bowl + 01 5-star hotel breakfast.
02 standard set menu meals.
01 mountain specialty dinner.
01 unlimited vegetable hotpot buffet.
- Sightseeing: Entrance fees to all tourist attractions listed in the itinerary.
- Vietnamese-English speaking guide, enthusiastic, dedicated, and attentive.
- Domestic travel insurance.
- Travel hat, cold towel, bottled water.
TOUR PRICE EXCLUDES:
- Personal meals, entertainment, and other expenses not included in the itinerary.
- Dinner on Day 2.
- Single supplement fee, foreign guest surcharge, and any other costs not mentioned in the program.
- Tips for driver and tour guide.
CHILD POLICY (Based on Year of Birth):
- Children from 10 years old and above: 100% tour price – same services as adults.
- Children from 5 to under 10 years old: 75% tour price – includes seat on bus, meals, entrance tickets; no separate bed (sleep with parents). Two children at this rate will still share the same bed with parents (no extra bed).
- Children under 5 years old: Free of charge – meals, tickets, and services will be taken care of by parents; no separate seat on bus. Each pair of adults may accompany only one child free of charge; the second child will be charged as the 5–under-10-year-old category.
Note: Free or discounted children's tickets only cover child entrance fees. At some attractions with height-based pricing, if your child exceeds the standard height limit, parents will need to pay the difference to meet adult pricing
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- After registration, any cancellation will incur a 50% charge of the total tour price.
- Cancellations made 5–10 working days prior to departure will incur an 80% charge.
- Cancellations made within 5 days or no-show will be charged 100% of the tour price.
- Late arrival on departure day is considered as no-show and subject to 100% cancellation fee.
The time-frames above are calculated based on working days only, excluding weekends and public holidays. If
the tour or service is canceled due to force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, flight delays or cancellations, etc.), the company will refund the unused portion of the tour/service. We shall not be held responsible for any additional compensation beyond what is refunded.
PAYMENT TERMS:
- 1st Payment: 50% of the tour price must be paid within 2–3 working days after reservation.
- 2nd Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 5–7 days before the departure date.
NOTES ON ACCOMMODATION:
- Standard hotel check-in time: after 3:00 PM; check-out time: before 12:00 PM.
- Room arrangements at hotels/resorts are subject to availability and may not be adjacent, on the same floor, or match the guest’s bed type preferences (e.g. twin or double). However, we will do our best to accommodate special requests.
HEALTH CONDITIONS & TRAVEL DISCLAIMER:
- Guests with preexisting medical conditions (e.g. heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, vertigo) are advised to bring their own prescribed medications.
- Travelers aged 80 years and above are not covered by travel insurance. Participation is subject to company review based on health condition and must be accompanied by a family member.
- By booking the tour, the customer confirms that they and their travel companions are physically and mentally fit to join the program, and do not suffer from infectious diseases, mental illness, or any condition that could impact other guests.
- The guest agrees to waive all claims, legal liabilities, and compensations against the company and its staff regarding health issues arising during the tour.
- Any health-related expenses beyond travel insurance coverage (e.g. hospital fees, extended accommodation, special transport) are the guest’s responsibility.
OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Pack light for convenience during travel.
- Vegetarian meals can be arranged in advance. However, guests are encouraged to bring personal vegetarian snacks to suit their taste.
- This is a package tour. No refunds will be given for any unused services.
- We recommend leaving valuable jewelry at home to avoid loss or damage during the trip.
- The itinerary and order of sightseeing may change depending on actual conditions such as weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of insufficient group size (as specified in the tour details), the company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the tour with notice at least 5 days before departure, offering either a new date or a full refund.
MEDIA CONSENT:
Photos taken during the tour may be used for the company’s promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your images used, please inform our staff in advance.
RECEIPTS & INVOICES:
If you require a VAT invoice, please notify us no later than 10 days after the tour ends.
