Tour Duration: 3 Days 2 Nights
DAY 01: HO CHI MINH CITY – BAO LOC – DA LAT CITY – TUYEN LAM LAKE – TRUC LAM ZEN MONASTERY (Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: The Hay Tour coach and tour guide will pick you up at the following locations. Depending on your residence, please move to the most convenient pick-up point. (Pick-up times are for reference only and may change depending on the actual number of pick-up points and traffic conditions).
6:10 – Big C Truong Chinh
6:20 – Tan Binh Stadium
6:40 – Labor Culture Palace
6:50 – Youth Cultural House
7:00 – University of Economics & Finance HCMC (UEF), 276-282 Dien Bien Phu, Binh Thanh
Note: If you wish to be picked up at other places, please inform the company for arrangements.
The bus departs for Da Lat. Guests may enjoy fun activities onboard. A stop will be made at a rest area in Dong Nai, where guests can rest or have breakfast at their own expense.
Noon: Arrival in Bao Loc for lunch at a local restaurant: Stir-fried angled gourd with shiitake mushrooms; Fried snapper with mango fish sauce; Braised chicken with lemongrass & chili; Steamed egg with minced pork; Sour basa fish hotpot; Three-color salad; Steamed rice – iced tea; Dessert
After lunch, continue to Da Lat. Check in at TTC Doi Mong Mo Resort, a romantic resort surrounded by flower gardens and pine forests – an ideal retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Afternoon: Depart to visit:
Tuyen Lam Lake– one of Da Lat’s three largest and most beautiful lakes, spanning 320 hectares, nestled among lush pine hills. Known for its peaceful scenery, the lake looks like a poetic landscape painting with emerald waters, green hills, and clear skies.
Truc Lam Zen Monastery – located above Tuyen Lam Lake on Phoenix Mountain. This spiritual attraction features traditional architecture, intricate relief carvings, colorful flower gardens, and a tranquil atmosphere. Guests may stroll the grounds, enjoy the scenery, and offer incense for peace at the main hall.
Evening: Dinner featuring Vegetable Hotpot Buffet – enjoy unlimited fresh Da Lat vegetables served with hotpot in the cool night air.
Menu includes: Vegetable buffet (unlimited fresh local greens)
Hotpot set with meats & mushrooms: wild boar, Australian beef, pork, pork belly, chicken breast, chicken eggs, beef balls, tofu, shiitake mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms, abalone mushrooms.
After dinner, free time to explore Da Lat Night Market, shop for clothes, wool products, or enjoy local delicacies such as grilled rice paper, hot soy milk with pastries, or chicken porridge. Overnight in Da Lat.
DAY 02: VALLEY OF LOVE – DREAMING HILL – DA LAT CITY TOUR (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: Breakfast (set menu) at the resort. Then depart for sightseeing:
Valley of Love – one of Da Lat’s most romantic attractions, about 5 km north of the city center. The Da Thien Dam gathers streams from the surrounding highlands into the clear Da Thien Lake, winding through pine-covered valleys. Visit scenic spots such as Vong Canh Hill, World Wonders Area, Dreaming Hill and more.
7D Glass Bridge – Ngan Thong, inaugurated August 19, 2023. This suspension glass bridge is 325m long, 3m wide, made with 7D tempered glass technology for special visual effects, while meeting international safety standards. The bridge connects Dreaming Hill and Valley of Love, offering breathtaking views of pine forests, Da Thien Lake, and misty mountains. (Entrance fee not included in the tour).
Noon: Lunch at a local restaurant: Pork ear salad; Braised pork with eggs; Fried salmon fins with fish sauce; Fried egg with scallions; Stir-fried cabbage; Sour soup with chicken and giang leaves; Steamed rice; Seasonal fruit
Return to the hotel for rest.
Afternoon: Visit Domaine de Marie Church, stroll around Xuan Huong Lake, Lam Vien Square with its iconic artichoke bud and wild sunflower glass domes.
Evening: Dinner on your own at Da Lat Night Market, with plenty of grilled specialties and hotpot options. Free to explore the night scene, enjoy cycling around Xuan Huong Lake, or sip hot soy milk in the chilly mountain air. Overnight in Da Lat.
DAY 03: DA LAT – HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, Lunch)
Morning: Buffet breakfast at the hotel, then check out.
Noon: Lunch at a local restaurant, menu: Stir-fried morning glory with garlic; Braised fish; Stuffed tofu with tomato sauce; Braised pork with pickled vegetables; Sour mustard greens soup with ribs; Steamed mixed vegetables with dipping sauce; Steamed rice – iced tea; Dessert
After lunch and a short rest, depart for Ho Chi Minh City. Stop at a local specialty shop en route for shopping. Arrival in HCMC, end of program. Farewell and see you again!
Depending on actual conditions, the order of visits may be adjusted to ensure all listed attractions are included.

- Transportation: 7–45 seat bus (depending on group size), serving the entire program.
- Accommodation: 02 nights at TTC Doi Mong Mo Resort, 2–3 guests per room. Single room surcharge applies.

CHILD POLICY (Based on Year of Birth):
- Children from 10 years old and above: 100% tour price – same services as adults.
- Children from 5 to under 10 years old: 75% tour price – includes seat on bus, meals, entrance tickets; no separate bed (sleep with parents). Two children at this rate will still share the same bed with parents (no extra bed).
- Children under 5 years old: Free of charge – meals, tickets, and services will be taken care of by parents; no separate seat on bus. Each pair of adults may accompany only one child free of charge; the second child will be charged as the 5–under-10-year-old category.
Note: Free or discounted children's tickets only cover child entrance fees. At some attractions with height-based pricing, if your child exceeds the standard height limit, parents will need to pay the difference to meet adult pricing
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- After registration, any cancellation will incur a 50% charge of the total tour price.
- Cancellations made 5–10 working days prior to departure will incur an 80% charge.
- Cancellations made within 5 days or no-show will be charged 100% of the tour price.
- Late arrival on departure day is considered as no-show and subject to 100% cancellation fee.
The time-frames above are calculated based on working days only, excluding weekends and public holidays. If
the tour or service is canceled due to force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, flight delays or cancellations, etc.), the company will refund the unused portion of the tour/service. We shall not be held responsible for any additional compensation beyond what is refunded.
PAYMENT TERMS:
- 1st Payment: 50% of the tour price must be paid within 2–3 working days after reservation.
- 2nd Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 5–7 days before the departure date.
NOTES ON ACCOMMODATION:
- Standard hotel check-in time: after 3:00 PM; check-out time: before 12:00 PM.
- Room arrangements at hotels/resorts are subject to availability and may not be adjacent, on the same floor, or match the guest’s bed type preferences (e.g. twin or double). However, we will do our best to accommodate special requests.
HEALTH CONDITIONS & TRAVEL DISCLAIMER:
- Guests with preexisting medical conditions (e.g. heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, vertigo) are advised to bring their own prescribed medications.
- Travelers aged 80 years and above are not covered by travel insurance. Participation is subject to company review based on health condition and must be accompanied by a family member.
- By booking the tour, the customer confirms that they and their travel companions are physically and mentally fit to join the program, and do not suffer from infectious diseases, mental illness, or any condition that could impact other guests.
- The guest agrees to waive all claims, legal liabilities, and compensations against the company and its staff regarding health issues arising during the tour.
- Any health-related expenses beyond travel insurance coverage (e.g. hospital fees, extended accommodation, special transport) are the guest’s responsibility.
OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Pack light for convenience during travel.
- Vegetarian meals can be arranged in advance. However, guests are encouraged to bring personal vegetarian snacks to suit their taste.
- This is a package tour. No refunds will be given for any unused services.
- We recommend leaving valuable jewelry at home to avoid loss or damage during the trip.
- The itinerary and order of sightseeing may change depending on actual conditions such as weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of insufficient group size (as specified in the tour details), the company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the tour with notice at least 5 days before departure, offering either a new date or a full refund.
MEDIA CONSENT:
Photos taken during the tour may be used for the company’s promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your images used, please inform our staff in advance.
RECEIPTS & INVOICES:
If you require a VAT invoice, please notify us no later than 10 days after the tour ends.
