DAY 01: DA NANG - ANCIENT TOWN HOI AN (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: Pick up the group at Da Nang (Airport, Station,...) at 06:00AM to 08:00AM
APEC Sculpture Park: a symbol of Da Nang’s spirit of international integration and its aspirations to reach out to the world.
Dragon Bridge & Love Bridge, where you can take memorable photos. Stroll along the banks of the Han River and admire the Carp Turning into a Dragon statue, representing the ambition and perseverance of the Da Nang people.
Guanyin Pagoda, located at the foot of Kim Son Mountain – one of the five Marble Mountains. Then explore the Stone Carving Village and shop for specialty products from Central Vietnam.

Lunch: Enjoy a local lunch at a Da Nang restaurant.
Afternoon: Head to the Ancient Town of Hoi An, and begin a walking tour and shopping with highlights including:
Hoi An Ancient Town: Take a walking tour through iconic sites like the Japanese Covered Bridge, centuries-old Ancient Houses, Phuc Kien Assembly Hall, and the Traditional Handicraft Workshop. As evening falls, admire the shimmering lantern-lit streets, adding a dreamy charm to the town.

Evening:
Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.
Free time for relax or explore Da Nang at your own pace.
DAY 02: BA NA HILLS – HUE RIVER CRUISE WITH CA HUE PERFORMANCE (Breakfast, Lunch optional, Dinner)
Morning: Enjoy breakfast and check out of the hotel.
Depart for Sun World Ba Na Hills which is awarded Asia’s Leading Theme Park 2024 by WTA.
(Ba Na ticket is not included in the package)

Visit and explore unique and iconic landmarks such as: The French Village; Golden Bridge (voted a new world wonder by The Daily Mail in 2021); Sun God Waterfall, Fantasy Park; Linh Ung Pagoda with a 27-meter-high seated Buddha statue; Shrine of Lady Goddess of the Forest; Debay Wine Cellar and the romantic Le Jardin D’Amour flower garden.
Lunch: Optional buffet lunch at Ba Na Hills. (Guests not participating in the Ba Na tour or buffet lunch will manage their own meals and rejoin the group afterward.)
Afternoon: After an exciting day exploring Ba Na Hills, the group will depart for Hue Ancient Capital which is a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site. On the way, you’ll travel through the Hai Van Tunnel, the longest road tunnel in Southeast Asia, and make a scenic stop at Lang Co fishing village for photo opportunities.
Upon arrival in Hue, check in to a 4-star hotel and take some time to rest.
Evening: Enjoy a delicious Hue-style dinner at a local restaurant featuring regional specialties such as water fern cake, rice dumpling cake, flat steamed rice dumplings, and plain rice flan.
After dinner, board a traditional Dragon Boat to experience a performance of Ca Hue (Hue Royal Court Music) on the Perfume River - a uniquely elegant cultural experience of the ancient capital. Admire the iconic Trang Tien Bridge, gracefully spanning the Perfume River, a historical symbol of Hue that has witnessed the many ups and downs of Vietnam’s past.
DAY 03: LA VANG HOLY LAND – PHONG NHA CAVE (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: Early breakfast, depart from Hue city center between 6:30 AM and 7:00 AM for Phong Nha - Ke Bang.
En route, visit La Vang Holy Sanctuary honored as a Minor Basilica and considered the largest Catholic pilgrimage center in Vietnam, steeped in historical significance.


On the journey, pass by the historic 17th Parallel, Ben Hai River, and the legendary Hien Luong Bridge which is a powerful symbols of the Vietnamese people's unyielding desire for national reunification over two decades. You’ll also pass through Le Thuy district, home to the Quang Binh Wind Farm - currently the largest onshore wind power project in Vietnam.



Noon: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in Phong Nha.
Afternoon: Take a boat ride upstream on the Son River to explore Phong Nha Cave: Fairy and Royal Palace chambers hidden deep within the mountain, where an underground river flows from Laos. Behold stunning stalactite formations sculpted by nature over thousands of years. Then return to Hue via the Truong Son - Ho Chi Minh Trail.

Evening: Dinner at a local restaurant.
Afterwards, enjoy free time to explore the Imperial Hue City by night - stroll along the shimmering Truong Tien Bridge reflected on the poetic Perfume River, or wander through the vibrant night market to experience local culture and life in the ancient capital.
DAY 04: THE IMPERIAL CITY OF THE HUE – THIEN MU TEMPLE – HUONG THUY XUAN VILLAGE (Breakfast, Lunch)
Morning: Enjoy breakfast and check out of the hotel.
Begin the day with a visit to:
The Imperial City of Hue (The Citadel), home to a variety of remarkable architectural structures such as: Ngo Mon Gate, Thai Hoa Palace, Dien Tho Residence, Truong Sanh Palace, Hung To Temple, The To Temple, Trieu To Temple, Thai To Temple, Hien Lam Pavilion, and the Nine Dynastic Urns.
Kien Trung Palace, a grand and majestic structure within the royal grounds, blending traditional royal architecture with Western influences. The palace has recently been restored after over five years of renovation.

Thien Mu Pagoda, a historical and spiritual landmark of Hue, which preserves many valuable artifacts of cultural and artistic significance.

Noon: Lunch at a local restaurant in Hue.
Afternoon: Proceed to visit Thuy Xuan Incense Village, a traditional craft village with a history of over 700 years. Here, guests can learn about the incense-making process, take part in various stages of the craft, and enjoy photo opportunities in the village’s colorful, picturesque setting.

After sightseeing tour, Transfer to Hue Airport for flights after 2:30 PM or Danang Airport for flights after 5:00 PM.

CHILD POLICY (Based on Year of Birth):
- Children from 10 years old and above: 100% tour price – same services as adults.
- Children from 5 to under 10 years old: 75% tour price – includes seat on bus, meals, entrance tickets; no separate bed (sleep with parents). Two children at this rate will still share the same bed with parents (no extra bed).
- Children under 5 years old: Free of charge – meals, tickets, and services will be taken care of by parents; no separate seat on bus. Each pair of adults may accompany only one child free of charge; the second child will be charged as the 5–under-10-year-old category.
Note: Free or discounted children's tickets only cover child entrance fees. At some attractions with height-based pricing, if your child exceeds the standard height limit, parents will need to pay the difference to meet adult pricing
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- After registration, any cancellation will incur a 50% charge of the total tour price.
- Cancellations made 5–10 working days prior to departure will incur an 80% charge.
- Cancellations made within 5 days or no-show will be charged 100% of the tour price.
- Late arrival on departure day is considered as no-show and subject to 100% cancellation fee.
The time-frames above are calculated based on working days only, excluding weekends and public holidays. If
the tour or service is canceled due to force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, flight delays or cancellations, etc.), the company will refund the unused portion of the tour/service. We shall not be held responsible for any additional compensation beyond what is refunded.
PAYMENT TERMS:
- 1st Payment: 50% of the tour price must be paid within 2–3 working days after reservation.
- 2nd Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 5–7 days before the departure date.
NOTES ON ACCOMMODATION:
- Standard hotel check-in time: after 3:00 PM; check-out time: before 12:00 PM.
- Room arrangements at hotels/resorts are subject to availability and may not be adjacent, on the same floor, or match the guest’s bed type preferences (e.g. twin or double). However, we will do our best to accommodate special requests.
HEALTH CONDITIONS & TRAVEL DISCLAIMER:
- Guests with preexisting medical conditions (e.g. heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, vertigo) are advised to bring their own prescribed medications.
- Travelers aged 80 years and above are not covered by travel insurance. Participation is subject to company review based on health condition and must be accompanied by a family member.
- By booking the tour, the customer confirms that they and their travel companions are physically and mentally fit to join the program, and do not suffer from infectious diseases, mental illness, or any condition that could impact other guests.
- The guest agrees to waive all claims, legal liabilities, and compensations against the company and its staff regarding health issues arising during the tour.
- Any health-related expenses beyond travel insurance coverage (e.g. hospital fees, extended accommodation, special transport) are the guest’s responsibility.
OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Pack light for convenience during travel.
- Vegetarian meals can be arranged in advance. However, guests are encouraged to bring personal vegetarian snacks to suit their taste.
- This is a package tour. No refunds will be given for any unused services.
- We recommend leaving valuable jewelry at home to avoid loss or damage during the trip.
- The itinerary and order of sightseeing may change depending on actual conditions such as weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of insufficient group size (as specified in the tour details), the company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the tour with notice at least 5 days before departure, offering either a new date or a full refund.
MEDIA CONSENT:
Photos taken during the tour may be used for the company’s promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your images used, please inform our staff in advance.
RECEIPTS & INVOICES:
If you require a VAT invoice, please notify us no later than 10 days after the tour ends.
