PHAN THIET - LE VIVA RESORT 4*

DAY 01: HO CHI MINH CITY – PHAN THIET (Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: Hay Tour’s bus and tour guide will pick up guests at the following points. Depending on your location, you may choose the most convenient pick-up point for your family. The following is a tentative schedule and may change depending on traffic conditions, the number of guests, and actual pick-up points:
07:15 – Tan Binh Sports Center
07:35 – Labor Culture Palace
07:40 – Youth Cultural Center
07:45 – University of Economics and Finance (UEF), Campus 276, 276–282, Dien Bien Phu St., Ward 17, Binh Thanh District
Note: If you would like to request a special pick-up point, please inform the company in advance for arrangements.
The coach departs for Phan Thiet City. Guests can enjoy fun activities and ice-breaker games on board. On the way, the bus will stop at a rest station in Dong Nai Province for a short break. Guests who haven’t had breakfast may purchase their own meal here.
Guests will visit Bikini Beach – check-in with iconic landmarks and fun photo spots along the golden sandy shore of Tien Thanh Beach.
Lunch: Guests enjoy a set menu with: Grilled tiger prawns; Grilled cockles with scallion oil; Mixed hotpot with vegetables & vermicelli; Fried fish with tamarind sauce & shredded green mango; Omelet; Pork braised with coconut juice; Steamed rice; Dessert & iced tea
After lunch, check-in at Le Viva Mui Ne Resort 4*.
Le Viva is an architectural highlight in Mui Ne. Designed by Portuguese architect Salvado – who successfully made his mark with the Sala Đại Quang Minh urban area in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City – Le Viva draws inspiration from classical European architecture blended with Eastern elements. Decorative patterned tiles in the rooms and bathrooms are harmoniously combined with lush green spaces and coconut groves along the tropical beach, creating a distinctive architectural style and a unique landmark not to be missed in Mui Ne.
The resort is located on the prime Nguyễn Đình Chiểu – Huỳnh Thúc Kháng main road in the town center, making it convenient to access entertainment, dining, and shopping areas. The back side faces the beach, with a sandy yard ideal for sunbathing and team-building activities.
The restaurant features a unique architectural style with wood, glass, and elegant curves, offering a stunning direct view of the sea. The resort boasts two world-class swimming pools: one up to 800 m² and another up to 1,200 m² with water slides for children. Both infinity-edge pools face directly towards the sea, catering to all guests—from those seeking a peaceful retreat to families with young children.
Afternoon: Guests enjoy Afternoon Tea. Free time for swimming at the resort’s private beach, stretching hundreds of meters of soft sand, or relaxing by the resort’s swimming pool.
Evening: Guests will enjoy a seafood dinner at the restaurant, featuring: Braised Pangasius fish in clay pot; Stir-fried string beans with shrimp; Sour soup with ocean fish; Braised chicken with lemongrass & chili; Garden salad with vinaigrette; Omelet; Steamed white rice; Iced tea & seasonal fruits
DAY 02: MUI NE – WHITE SAND DUNES/RED SAND DUNES (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: Buffet breakfast at the resort. Guests enjoy free time to swim, relax by the pool, or indulge in the resort’s services.
Guests may also contact Reception to book optional excursions to famous attractions such as: the Wine Castle, Mui Ne Mud Bath Center, Sand Sculpture Park, Fairy Stream, Fishermen Show, Fish Sauce Museum, or Mũi Né Market. (Entrance fees at guests’ own expense).
Lunch at a local restaurant: Snail salad with shrimp crackers; Hotpot with Cobia fish + vegetables + rice noodles; Beef salad; Stir-fried broccoli with mushrooms; Stir-fried green beans with garlic; Caramelized shrimp; Steamed white rice; Dessert
Afternoon: Hay Tour’s coach transfers guests for sunset sightseeing. Visit the White Sand Dunes (Bàu Trắng) – one of the most famous attractions in Mui Ne, often compared to the Sahara Desert for its pure white sand and breathtaking scenery. (Note: Groups with 20+ guests will enjoy complimentary Bàu Trắng tour; smaller groups will visit the Red Sand Dunes instead).
Evening: Dinner at a local restaurant: Braised pork with quail eggs; Stir-fried scallops with bean sprouts & chives; Clear soup with fish; Fried chicken wings with fish sauce; Mixed vegetable salad with vinaigrette; Omelet; Steamed white rice; Iced tea & seasonal fruits
DAY 03: PHAN THIET – HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, Lunch)
Morning: Buffet breakfast at the resort. Free time for swimming, pool relaxation, or leisure activities.
Optional visit to Mui Ne Fishing Village and Mui Ne Market.
Lunch at a local restaurant: Steamed blue crab (1 crab per guest, size 6–7 crabs/kg); Grilled scallops; Fried baby squid with fish sauce; Seafood hotpot + vegetables + rice noodles; Fried tofu with tomato sauce; Fresh vegetable platter; Steamed white rice; Seasonal fruits & iced tea
Afternoon: On the way back to Ho Chi Minh City, the coach will stop for shopping at Phan Thiết specialty stores for gifts and souvenirs. Return to HCMC. End of the tour – farewell and see you again!
Depending on actual conditions, the order of visits may be adjusted to ensure all listed attractions are included.
TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:
- Transportation: 16–29–45 seat coach (depending on group size), pick-up and drop-off service throughout the program.
- Accommodation: Le Viva Resort 4*, 2–3 guests per room. Single supplement applies for single occupancy.
- Meals: 02 buffet breakfasts & 05 standard set menu meals
- Sightseeing: Entrance tickets to attractions as per itinerary.
- Vietnamese-English speaking guide, attentive and professional service.
- Domestic travel insurance.
- Cold towels & bottled water.
- VAT.
TOUR PRICE EXCLUDES:
- Personal meals, leisure activities, and expenses not mentioned in the program.
- Single supplement and costs not specified in the itinerary.
- Tips for driver and tour guide.
CHILD POLICY (Based on Year of Birth):
- Children from 10 years old and above: 100% tour price – same services as adults.
- Children from 5 to under 10 years old: 75% tour price – includes seat on bus, meals, entrance tickets; no separate bed (sleep with parents). Two children at this rate will still share the same bed with parents (no extra bed).
- Children under 5 years old: Free of charge – meals, tickets, and services will be taken care of by parents; no separate seat on bus. Each pair of adults may accompany only one child free of charge; the second child will be charged as the 5–under-10-year-old category.
Note: Free or discounted children's tickets only cover child entrance fees. At some attractions with height-based pricing, if your child exceeds the standard height limit, parents will need to pay the difference to meet adult pricing
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- After registration, any cancellation will incur a 50% charge of the total tour price.
- Cancellations made 5–10 working days prior to departure will incur an 80% charge.
- Cancellations made within 5 days or no-show will be charged 100% of the tour price.
- Late arrival on departure day is considered as no-show and subject to 100% cancellation fee.
The time-frames above are calculated based on working days only, excluding weekends and public holidays. If
the tour or service is canceled due to force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, flight delays or cancellations, etc.), the company will refund the unused portion of the tour/service. We shall not be held responsible for any additional compensation beyond what is refunded.
PAYMENT TERMS:
- 1st Payment: 50% of the tour price must be paid within 2–3 working days after reservation.
- 2nd Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 5–7 days before the departure date.

NOTES ON ACCOMMODATION:
- Standard hotel check-in time: after 3:00 PM; check-out time: before 12:00 PM.
- Room arrangements at hotels/resorts are subject to availability and may not be adjacent, on the same floor, or match the guest’s bed type preferences (e.g. twin or double). However, we will do our best to accommodate special requests.
HEALTH CONDITIONS & TRAVEL DISCLAIMER:
- Guests with preexisting medical conditions (e.g. heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, vertigo) are advised to bring their own prescribed medications.
- Travelers aged 80 years and above are not covered by travel insurance. Participation is subject to company review based on health condition and must be accompanied by a family member.
- By booking the tour, the customer confirms that they and their travel companions are physically and mentally fit to join the program, and do not suffer from infectious diseases, mental illness, or any condition that could impact other guests.
- The guest agrees to waive all claims, legal liabilities, and compensations against the company and its staff regarding health issues arising during the tour.
- Any health-related expenses beyond travel insurance coverage (e.g. hospital fees, extended accommodation, special transport) are the guest’s responsibility.
OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Pack light for convenience during travel.
- Vegetarian meals can be arranged in advance. However, guests are encouraged to bring personal vegetarian snacks to suit their taste.
- This is a package tour. No refunds will be given for any unused services.
- We recommend leaving valuable jewelry at home to avoid loss or damage during the trip.
- The itinerary and order of sightseeing may change depending on actual conditions such as weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of insufficient group size (as specified in the tour details), the company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the tour with notice at least 5 days before departure, offering either a new date or a full refund.
MEDIA CONSENT:
Photos taken during the tour may be used for the company’s promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your images used, please inform our staff in advance.
RECEIPTS & INVOICES:
If you require a VAT invoice, please notify us no later than 10 days after the tour ends.
