DAY 01: HO CHI MINH CITY – BLOOMING LOTUS RESORT (Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: Hay Tour’s bus and tour guide will pick you up at the following points (depending on your residence, you may choose the most convenient pickup point). Below is the estimated pickup schedule, subject to change depending on the number of guests, actual pickup locations, and traffic conditions:
06:20 – 448 Hoang Van Thu Street, Ward 4, Tan Binh
06:40 – Labor Culture Palace
06:50 – Youth Cultural House
07:00 – UEF University, 276 Dien Bien Phu Street, Ward 17, Binh Thanh
07:15 – Parallel Road, Hanoi Highway
Note: For private pickup points, please inform the company in advance for arrangement.
The bus departs for Phan Thiet. Guests can enjoy fun activities onboard. On the way, the bus will stop at a rest area in Dong Nai for a short break. Guests who haven’t had breakfast may purchase food at their own expense.
Sightseeing:
Thanh Minh Temple – located in Phu Thuy, Phan Thiet. Built during the reign of King Tu Duc in the year Binh Ty (1876). At that time, the temple worshiped Tieu Dien Dai Si, regarded in Buddhist legend as an incarnation of Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva. Additionally, the temple venerates revered spirits and the pioneers who first cultivated the land and established the local community.

Noon: Lunch at a local restaurant with the following menu: Steamed Squid with Ginger; Grilled Eggplant with Scallion Oil; Banana Blossom Chicken Salad; Cobia Hotpot; Caramelized Shrimp with Pork Belly; Pickled Eggplants with Fish Sauce; Steamed Rice; Fresh Fruit & Iced Tea
After lunch, transfer to the brand-new Blooming Lotus Resort 4*, opened in 2024. Check in and rest.

Afternoon: Visit WonderHills – a brand-new attraction opened in summer 2024. Inspired by the legendary Noah’s Ark, Wonder Hill Phan Thiet is a unique 3-hectare theme park, the first of its kind in Vietnam.
Evening: Dinner at a local restaurant with the following menu: Crispy Pork Belly; Braised Chicken with Ginger; Deep-Fried Tilapia with Mango Fish Sauce; Stir-Fried Chives and Bean Sprouts; Omelet with Scallions; Winter Melon Soup with Shrimp; Steamed Rice; Dessert, Iced Tea & Wet Towels
Return to the resort. Free time to explore Tien Thanh by night. Overnight at Blooming Lotus Resort 4*.

DAY 02: MUI NE – HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: Buffet breakfast at the resort. Free time for swimming, relaxing by the pool, and enjoying the resort’s services.

Visit Safari Zoo, the first semi-wildlife park in Phan Thiet with an area of 15 hectares. Designed with inspiration from the African savannah, it houses herbivores such as giraffes, zebras, longhorn cattle, East African antelopes, spotted deer, and ostriches. Guests can enjoy interactive experiences suitable for all ages. Safari Café also embraces eco-friendly, nature-based tourism. Visitors may also try a tractor-pulled ride through the zoo.
Noon: Lunch at a local restaurant with the following menu: Stir-Fried Shrimp with Broccoli; Salad with Eggs; Boiled Okra with Fermented Tofu Dip; Deep-Fried Fish with Tamarind Sauce; Caramelized Chicken with Lemongrass and Chili; Seaweed Soup with Shrimp; Steamed Rice; Dessert, Iced Tea & Wet Towels
Return to the resort for rest.
Afternoon: Continue free time swimming at the beach or pool. Visit Bikini Beach Novaland, located in the mega seaside city of NovaWorld Phan Thiet. This beach park is the perfect spot to admire the stunning sunrise and sunset of Tien Thanh Beach.
Optional visit to Pinky Garden – a dreamy rose-themed café decorated in pink, featuring rose swings, pink walls, and furniture (Drinks at own expense). 
Other activities available: team building, parasailing, canoe rides, kite flying (activities at own expense). Free swimming at Bikini Beach.
Evening: Dinner at a local restaurant with the following menu: Spring Rolls; Caramelized Pork Ribs; Steamed Squid with Ginger and Scallions; Braised Fish in Clay Pot; Stir-Fried Vegetables with Garlic; Sour Fish Hotpot with Fresh Vermicelli; Steamed Rice; Dessert, Iced Tea & Wet Towels
After dinner, free evening at leisure.

DAY 03: MUI NE – HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, Lunch)
Morning: Buffet breakfast at the resort. Afterwards, guests are free to swim at the beach or the pool, and enjoy the resort’s services.

Noon: Check out of the hotel, then have lunch at the restaurant: Lobster (½ lobster per guest, size 5–6 pieces/kg); Crispy Pork Belly; Grilled Eggplant with Scallion Oil; Stir-fried Scallop with Bean Sprouts and Chives; Sour Fish Soup; Caramelized Shrimp; Boiled Vegetables with Fermented Tofu Dip; Steamed Rice; Fresh Fruit & Iced Tea
Afternoon: On the way back to Ho Chi Minh City, the group will stop to shop for Phan Thiet specialties to bring home as gifts for family and friends. Upon arrival, the tour concludes. Farewell and see you again!

Depending on actual conditions, the order of visits may be adjusted to ensure all listed attractions are included.
TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:
- Transportation: 16, 29, or 45-seat coach (depending on group size), for pick-up, drop-off, and service throughout the program.
- Accommodation: Blooming Lotus Resort 4* – 2 guests per room (in case of odd male/female numbers, 3 guests/room). A single room supplement will apply for guests requesting a private room.
- Meals:

TOUR PRICE EXCLUDES:
- Breakfast on Day 1.
- Personal meals, entertainment, and other expenses outside the program.
- Single room supplement and expenses not mentioned in the itinerary.
- Tips for driver and tour guide.
- VAT.

CHILD POLICY (Based on Year of Birth):
- Children from 10 years old and above: 100% tour price – same services as adults.
- Children from 5 to under 10 years old: 75% tour price – includes seat on bus, meals, entrance tickets; no separate bed (sleep with parents). Two children at this rate will still share the same bed with parents (no extra bed).
- Children under 5 years old: Free of charge – meals, tickets, and services will be taken care of by parents; no separate seat on bus. Each pair of adults may accompany only one child free of charge; the second child will be charged as the 5–under-10-year-old category.
Note: Free or discounted children's tickets only cover child entrance fees. At some attractions with height-based pricing, if your child exceeds the standard height limit, parents will need to pay the difference to meet adult pricing

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- After registration, any cancellation will incur a 50% charge of the total tour price.
- Cancellations made 5–10 working days prior to departure will incur an 80% charge.
- Cancellations made within 5 days or no-show will be charged 100% of the tour price.
- Late arrival on departure day is considered as no-show and subject to 100% cancellation fee.
The time-frames above are calculated based on working days only, excluding weekends and public holidays. If 
the tour or service is canceled due to force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, flight delays or cancellations, etc.), the company will refund the unused portion of the tour/service. We shall not be held responsible for any additional compensation beyond what is refunded.

PAYMENT TERMS:
- 1st Payment: 50% of the tour price must be paid within 2–3 working days after reservation.
- 2nd Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 5–7 days before the departure date.

NOTES ON ACCOMMODATION:
- Standard hotel check-in time: after 3:00 PM; check-out time: before 12:00 PM.
- Room arrangements at hotels/resorts are subject to availability and may not be adjacent, on the same floor, or match the guest’s bed type preferences (e.g. twin or double). However, we will do our best to accommodate special requests.

HEALTH CONDITIONS & TRAVEL DISCLAIMER:
- Guests with preexisting medical conditions (e.g. heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, vertigo) are advised to bring their own prescribed medications.
- Travelers aged 80 years and above are not covered by travel insurance. Participation is subject to company review based on health condition and must be accompanied by a family member.
- By booking the tour, the customer confirms that they and their travel companions are physically and mentally fit to join the program, and do not suffer from infectious diseases, mental illness, or any condition that could impact other guests.
- The guest agrees to waive all claims, legal liabilities, and compensations against the company and its staff regarding health issues arising during the tour.
- Any health-related expenses beyond travel insurance coverage (e.g. hospital fees, extended accommodation, special transport) are the guest’s responsibility.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Pack light for convenience during travel.
- Vegetarian meals can be arranged in advance. However, guests are encouraged to bring personal vegetarian snacks to suit their taste.
- This is a package tour. No refunds will be given for any unused services.
- We recommend leaving valuable jewelry at home to avoid loss or damage during the trip.
- The itinerary and order of sightseeing may change depending on actual conditions such as weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of insufficient group size (as specified in the tour details), the company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the tour with notice at least 5 days before departure, offering either a new date or a full refund.

MEDIA CONSENT:
Photos taken during the tour may be used for the company’s promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your images used, please inform our staff in advance.

RECEIPTS & INVOICES:
If you require a VAT invoice, please notify us no later than 10 days after the tour ends.
