PHAN THIET - MUI NE - LCV RESORT
Tour Duration: 3 Days 2 Nights
DAY 01: HO CHI MINH CITY – BIKINI BEACH – MUI NE – FAIRY STREAM – LCV RESORT (Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: Hay Tour’s bus and tour guide will pick up guests at the following points. Depending on your location, you may choose the most convenient pick-up point for your family. The following is a tentative schedule and may change depending on traffic conditions, the number of guests, and actual pick-up points:
07:15 – Tan Binh Sports Center
07:35 – Labor Culture Palace
07:40 – Youth Cultural Center
07:45 – University of Economics and Finance (UEF), Campus 276, 276–282, Dien Bien Phu St., Ward 17, Binh Thanh District
Note: If you would like to request a special pick-up point, please inform the company in advance for arrangements.
The bus departs for Phan Thiet. Guests will enjoy fun onboard activities. On the way, the bus will stop at a rest station in Dong Nai for a short break. Guests who haven’t had breakfast may have their meal here (at their own expense).
Visit Bikini Beach, check in with its famous icons and miniatures, and relax at Tien Thanh Beach with its long stretch of golden sand.
Lunch: Enjoy a local meal at a restaurant. Menu: Grilled tiger prawns; Fried fish with tamarind sauce and shredded mango; Mixed seafood hotpot with vegetables and rice noodles; Squid salad; Boiled pork with fermented fish sauce and fresh herbs; Stir-fried chayote with garlic; Fried eggs; Steamed rice; Dessert & iced tea
After lunch, visit Fairy Stream, where you can walk along the shallow stream and admire the colorful rock formations and unique sand cliffs on both sides.
Then, check in at LCV Resort – a stunning beachside resort in Phan Thiet.

Evening: Enjoy a local dinner at a restaurant. Free time to explore Mui Ne by night.
Menu dinner: Braised pork with quail eggs; Stir-fried scallops with bean sprouts and chives; Sour fish soup; Fried chicken wings with fish sauce; Mixed vegetable salad with vinegar dressing; Fried eggs; Steamed rice; Iced tea & fruit dessert

DAY 02: MUI NE – WHITE SAND DUNES – RESORT LEISURE (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Afterward, guests are free to relax at LCV Resort, enjoy swimming at the beach or pool, and make use of the resort’s services.
Lunch: Group lunch at a local restaurant.
Menu: Snail salad with prawn crackers; Cobia hotpot with vegetables and rice noodles; Tamarind caramelized shrimp; Braised pork with black pepper; Fried tofu with lemongrass; Butter-fried chicken; Stir-fried broccoli with mushrooms; Steamed rice; Dessert
Afternoon: Visit the White Sand Dunes (Bau Trang), one of the most famous attractions in Mui Ne – Phan Thiet. Often compared to the Sahara Desert, this vast landscape of pristine white sand combined with beautiful natural surroundings has become a must-visit destination for both domestic and international tourists in Binh Thuan.
(Note: Groups of 20 or more guests will be offered the White Sand Dunes excursion. If fewer than 20 guests, the itinerary will switch to the Red Sand Dunes.)
Dinner: Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant. Free time to explore Mui Ne at night.
Menu for dinner: Braised pork with quail eggs; Stir-fried scallops with bean sprouts and chives; Sour fish soup; Fried chicken wings with fish sauce; Mixed vegetable salad with vinegar dressing; Fried eggs; Steamed rice; Iced tea & fresh fruit dessert
Overnight at LCV Resort.
DAY 03: MUI NE – FISHING VILLAGE – MUI NE MARKET – HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, Lunch)
Morning: Buffet breakfast at the resort. Free time for relaxation, beach swimming, pool, or enjoying other services at the resort.
Lunch: Check out of the resort. Visit Mui Ne Fishing Village and Mui Ne Market, then have lunch at a local restaurant. Menu: Grilled scallops; Seafood hotpot with vegetables and rice noodles; Fried baby squid with fish sauce; Beef salad; Fried tofu with fermented fish sauce and fresh herbs; Stir-fried green beans with garlic; Braised fish; Steamed rice; Fruit & iced tea
Afternoon: On the way back to Ho Chi Minh City, the group will stop to shop for Phan Thiet specialties as gifts for family and friends.
Upon arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, the tour concludes. Farewell and see you again!
Depending on actual conditions, the order of visits may be adjusted to ensure all listed attractions are included.
TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:
- Transportation: Air-conditioned bus (16, 19, 29, 35, or 45 seats depending on group size) for transfers and throughout the program.
- Accommodation: LCV Resort 3*, 2 guests/room. Odd-numbered male/female guests will be arranged as 3 per room. Single-room requests subject to surcharge.
- Meals: 02 hotel breakfasts & 05 standard set-menu main meals
- Sightseeing: Entrance fees for attractions in the itinerary.
- Vietnamese-English speaking guide, enthusiastic and attentive.
- Domestic insurance
- 01 hat + bottled water.
TOUR PRICE EXCLUDES:
- Personal meals, drinks, and entertainment not included in the program.
- Single-room supplement.

CHILD POLICY (Based on Year of Birth):
- Children from 10 years old and above: 100% tour price – same services as adults.
- Children from 5 to under 10 years old: 75% tour price – includes seat on bus, meals, entrance tickets; no separate bed (sleep with parents). Two children at this rate will still share the same bed with parents (no extra bed).
- Children under 5 years old: Free of charge – meals, tickets, and services will be taken care of by parents; no separate seat on bus. Each pair of adults may accompany only one child free of charge; the second child will be charged as the 5–under-10-year-old category.
Note: Free or discounted children's tickets only cover child entrance fees. At some attractions with height-based pricing, if your child exceeds the standard height limit, parents will need to pay the difference to meet adult pricing
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- After registration, any cancellation will incur a 50% charge of the total tour price.
- Cancellations made 5–10 working days prior to departure will incur an 80% charge.
- Cancellations made within 5 days or no-show will be charged 100% of the tour price.
- Late arrival on departure day is considered as no-show and subject to 100% cancellation fee.
The time-frames above are calculated based on working days only, excluding weekends and public holidays. If
the tour or service is canceled due to force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, flight delays or cancellations, etc.), the company will refund the unused portion of the tour/service. We shall not be held responsible for any additional compensation beyond what is refunded.
PAYMENT TERMS:
- 1st Payment: 50% of the tour price must be paid within 2–3 working days after reservation.
- 2nd Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 5–7 days before the departure date.

NOTES ON ACCOMMODATION:
- Standard hotel check-in time: after 3:00 PM; check-out time: before 12:00 PM.
- Room arrangements at hotels/resorts are subject to availability and may not be adjacent, on the same floor, or match the guest’s bed type preferences (e.g. twin or double). However, we will do our best to accommodate special requests.
HEALTH CONDITIONS & TRAVEL DISCLAIMER:
- Guests with preexisting medical conditions (e.g. heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, vertigo) are advised to bring their own prescribed medications.
- Travelers aged 80 years and above are not covered by travel insurance. Participation is subject to company review based on health condition and must be accompanied by a family member.
- By booking the tour, the customer confirms that they and their travel companions are physically and mentally fit to join the program, and do not suffer from infectious diseases, mental illness, or any condition that could impact other guests.
- The guest agrees to waive all claims, legal liabilities, and compensations against the company and its staff regarding health issues arising during the tour.
- Any health-related expenses beyond travel insurance coverage (e.g. hospital fees, extended accommodation, special transport) are the guest’s responsibility.
OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Pack light for convenience during travel.
- Vegetarian meals can be arranged in advance. However, guests are encouraged to bring personal vegetarian snacks to suit their taste.
- This is a package tour. No refunds will be given for any unused services.
- We recommend leaving valuable jewelry at home to avoid loss or damage during the trip.
- The itinerary and order of sightseeing may change depending on actual conditions such as weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of insufficient group size (as specified in the tour details), the company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the tour with notice at least 5 days before departure, offering either a new date or a full refund.
MEDIA CONSENT:
Photos taken during the tour may be used for the company’s promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your images used, please inform our staff in advance.
RECEIPTS & INVOICES:
If you require a VAT invoice, please notify us no later than 10 days after the tour ends.
