DAY 01: HO CHI MINH CITY – MUI NE BAY RESORT (Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: Haytour bus and tour guide will pick you up at the following meeting points (guests can choose the most convenient pick-up spot based on your location). The schedule below is for reference only and may change depending on the number of guests, actual pick-up points, and traffic conditions:

Note: If you would like to request a different pick-up point, please inform the company for arrangement.
Departure for Phan Thiet. On the bus, guests will enjoy fun interactive activities. The bus will make a rest stop in Dong Nai where the group can take a break or have breakfast at your own expense.
Visit Bikini Beach – check in with unique miniatures and beachside landmarks in Tien Thanh, famous for its long stretches of golden sand.
Explore Fairy Stream – walk along the stream to admire fascinating rock formations and colorful cliffs on both sides.
Noon – Lunch at local restaurant: Grilled Tiger Prawn; Ark Clam with Scallion Oil; Mixed Hotpot with Vegetables and Rice Vermicelli; Fried Fish with Tamarind Sauce & Shredded Green Mango; Fried Egg; Braised Pork in Coconut Juice; Steamed Rice; Dessert & Iced Tea
Check in at Muine Bay Resort 4* and relax. Nestled in the beautiful Mui Ne Bay and facing Hon Lao Island, Muine Bay Resort offers 212 stylish 4-star rooms. Known as the “white Cham Tower castle” in Mui Ne, the resort is inspired by Cham architecture, with signature domes, red brick patterns, and elegant design. Rooms feature a white, terracotta, and wooden palette, with modern facilities, spacious layouts, and balconies overlooking the garden or sea. Resort facilities include: Champa Restaurant; Ocean Restaurant; Countryside Restaurant; Unique outdoor swimming pool; Luxury spa services; 24-hour room service; Free Wi-Fi in common areas
Afternoon: Free time to swim at the resort’s private beach or relax at the pool surrounded by lush greenery. A true retreat for peace and relaxation in Mui Ne.
Optional visit to White Sand Dunes (Bau Trang) – known as the “Sahara of Vietnam,” with pure sand landscapes and stunning surroundings. (Note: complimentary visit applies for groups of 20 guests or more. Groups under 20 guests will visit Red Sand Dunes instead.)
Evening: Transfer to a local restaurant for dinner. Afterward, free time for leisure and overnight stay at Muine Bay Resort 4*.

AY 02: MUI NE – HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, Lunch)
Morning: Buffet breakfast at the Hoa Su Restaurant, inspired by the Frangipani flower in Cham culture. The restaurant blends Cham architectural style with the elegance of a 4-star resort. Guests can enjoy a wide variety of dishes from Vietnamese specialties (beef noodle soup, pho, banh xeo) to international favorites (salads, bread, bacon, eggs, etc.).
Noon – Check out & Lunch at restaurant: Steamed Crab (1 crab per guest, 6–7 crabs/kg); Grilled Scallop; Seafood Hotpot with Vegetables and Vermicelli; Fried Baby Squid with Fish Sauce; Fried Tofu; Fresh Vegetables; Steamed Rice; Fresh Fruit & Iced Tea
Afternoon: On the way back to Ho Chi Minh City, the group will stop for shopping at Phan Thiet specialty stores to buy gifts for family and friends. Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City marks the end of the program. Farewell and see you again!

TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:
- Transportation: 16–45 seat buses (depending on group size) for pick-up, drop-off, and service throughout the itinerary.
- Accommodation: Muine Bay Resort 4*, 2 guests/room with 1 double bed. For odd-numbered groups (male/female), 3 guests/room will apply. Single supplement applies for private room requests.
- Meals:

- Sightseeing: Entrance tickets to all attractions in the program.

- Personal meals, entertainment, and expenses not listed in the program.
- Single room supplement.
- Breakfast on Day 01.

CHILD POLICY (Based on Year of Birth):
- Children from 10 years old and above: 100% tour price – same services as adults.
- Children from 5 to under 10 years old: 75% tour price – includes seat on bus, meals, entrance tickets; no separate bed (sleep with parents). Two children at this rate will still share the same bed with parents (no extra bed).
- Children under 5 years old: Free of charge – meals, tickets, and services will be taken care of by parents; no separate seat on bus. Each pair of adults may accompany only one child free of charge; the second child will be charged as the 5–under-10-year-old category.
Note: Free or discounted children's tickets only cover child entrance fees. At some attractions with height-based pricing, if your child exceeds the standard height limit, parents will need to pay the difference to meet adult pricing
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- After registration, any cancellation will incur a 50% charge of the total tour price.
- Cancellations made 5–10 working days prior to departure will incur an 80% charge.
- Cancellations made within 5 days or no-show will be charged 100% of the tour price.
- Late arrival on departure day is considered as no-show and subject to 100% cancellation fee.
The time-frames above are calculated based on working days only, excluding weekends and public holidays. If
the tour or service is canceled due to force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, flight delays or cancellations, etc.), the company will refund the unused portion of the tour/service. We shall not be held responsible for any additional compensation beyond what is refunded.
PAYMENT TERMS:
- 1st Payment: 50% of the tour price must be paid within 2–3 working days after reservation.
- 2nd Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 5–7 days before the departure date.
NOTES ON ACCOMMODATION:
- Standard hotel check-in time: after 3:00 PM; check-out time: before 12:00 PM.
- Room arrangements at hotels/resorts are subject to availability and may not be adjacent, on the same floor, or match the guest’s bed type preferences (e.g. twin or double). However, we will do our best to accommodate special requests.
HEALTH CONDITIONS & TRAVEL DISCLAIMER:
- Guests with preexisting medical conditions (e.g. heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, vertigo) are advised to bring their own prescribed medications.
- Travelers aged 80 years and above are not covered by travel insurance. Participation is subject to company review based on health condition and must be accompanied by a family member.
- By booking the tour, the customer confirms that they and their travel companions are physically and mentally fit to join the program, and do not suffer from infectious diseases, mental illness, or any condition that could impact other guests.
- The guest agrees to waive all claims, legal liabilities, and compensations against the company and its staff regarding health issues arising during the tour.
- Any health-related expenses beyond travel insurance coverage (e.g. hospital fees, extended accommodation, special transport) are the guest’s responsibility.
OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Pack light for convenience during travel.
- Vegetarian meals can be arranged in advance. However, guests are encouraged to bring personal vegetarian snacks to suit their taste.
- This is a package tour. No refunds will be given for any unused services.
- We recommend leaving valuable jewelry at home to avoid loss or damage during the trip.
- The itinerary and order of sightseeing may change depending on actual conditions such as weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of insufficient group size (as specified in the tour details), the company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the tour with notice at least 5 days before departure, offering either a new date or a full refund.
MEDIA CONSENT:
Photos taken during the tour may be used for the company’s promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your images used, please inform our staff in advance.
RECEIPTS & INVOICES:
If you require a VAT invoice, please notify us no later than 10 days after the tour ends.
